Beginning April 1, the USPS is offering a brand-new promotion called Earned Value Reply Mail. This promotion is offered to mailers who use First-Class Mail Business Reply Mail (BRM) which includes Qaulified Business Reply Mail (QBRM); and Courtesy Reply Mail (CRM) enclosures.
Here are the three things you must know about this promotion:
1. You will receive financial incentives that can be used for future mailings (read: rebate credits)
2. Earn $.02 for each reply when you include First-Class CRM/BRM envelopes in your outgoing mail.
3. Registration has already begun!
What does it take to register?
Participants must register their MIDs and permit imprint accounts on the Incentive Programs Service Registration Page. At the time of registration, participants must also select a Permit Imprint account (method used to pay for mail) to which future credits will be applied. Unfortunately, the earned credit can only be transferred to a Permit Imprint account, not a CAPS account.
Are there any mailpiece design requirements?
All mailpieces involved must contain the Intelligent Mail barcode with the Mailer ID encoded to qualify. All qualifying reply mail must contain an Earned Value Promotion preregistered MID.
Permit holders must use the ZIP+4 codes and IMb assigned by the USPS.
Take advantage of this promotion now, as it only lasts until March 31, 2013.
And, like always, contact us if you have any questions about the Earned Value Promotion!
