If you are planning to use envelopes for long runs with laser printers, give some thought to purchasing side seam envelopes which are available for about the same cost. Envelopes which have diagonal seams across the back tend to jam more easily in laser printers. This may not be a big problem for envelopes run a handful at a time, but it becomes a bigger annoyance if the volume is large.
